Terms of Service

By using SegFault Coffee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please `exit 1` and discontinue use of our products.

Think of this as a `LICENSE` file - by importing our coffee into your daily routine, you accept these conditions.

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are accurate. However, we do not warrant that:

- Product descriptions are error-free (we are developers, after all)

- Colors displayed on your monitor match the actual beans (that is an environment issue)

- Caffeine levels will perfectly match your tolerance (results may vary based on your runtime)

All products are shipped `AS IS` without warranty of merchantability for any particular debugging session.

- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

- Prices are subject to change without notice (we do practice continuous deployment)

- We accept major credit cards and most digital payment methods

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you explicitly `unsubscribe()`

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We cannot `catch` tax evasion exceptions.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (external dependencies)

- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier

- Signature may be required for high-value orders

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not `SLA` guarantees.

We want you to love your coffee. If you do not:

- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund

- Opened products may be exchanged if there is a quality issue

- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime - no questions asked

To initiate a return, email `support@segfaultcoffee.com` with your order number.

We process refunds within 5-7 business days. Think of it as a `git revert`.

All content on this site is owned by SegFault Coffee or its licensors:

- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements are our property

- Product names are inspired by programming concepts but are original creations

- You may not use our branding without written permission

We respect IP rights. If you believe we have infringed on yours, please contact us.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product

- We are not responsible for bugs in your code, even after drinking our coffee

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.

We prefer to resolve issues through communication first. Open an issue before filing a lawsuit.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Major changes will be announced via email to registered users. Think of it as a changelog notification.
